The Floor Plan Shop
We have Floor Plans for your new Home. The Floor Plan Shop specializes in Residential Home Plans and was created by a builder / Designer to share some of his creative works with the general public. These residential home / residential plans were designed for specific clients and reflect his style and care for building quality homes. These are stock floor plans ready for sale. Most of our Floor Plan Collection are single story stock home plans.
Our stock floor plans are a very affortable way of obtaining professional custom plans at reduced prices. The process is very simple. All of our stock floor plan. are offered with both Garage Left and Right Options. Select the plan that best fits your needs. Press on the select button and your credit card processing begins at Pay Pals secure site. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase detail. We will then process your order and within 3 business days you will receive your plan via email in PDF format. The PDF attachment will be a little over 1 megabit so make sure your provider will allow files of that size. Take your PDF file to your Repro company and they will print copies for you (less expensive than us sending copies via mail or UPS). You can email the PDF of your stock floor plan to your subcontractors for bids eleminating the number of copies you need to make. See Sample of PDF Floor Plan.
What House Plans Include:
Our house plans are pre-designed which makes them readily available and eliminates design time.
- 1/4" scale Framing plan. (provide to your Engineer for Foundation Plan) Window and door rough opening sizes and locations.
- 1/4" scale Electrical plan.
-Elevations: Drawings of front, rear, right side and left side elevations drawn at 1/4" scale
-Roof Plan: 1/4" scale plan indicates roof pitches, overhangs, etc.
-Cabinet layouts, included in drawings, can be used to show sizes of cabinets at kitchen to
be installed. This detail can also be helpful should you want custom cabinets, it can be
used by your cabinet people to show you what will fit in the space and your options
available.
-Wall section show typical framing detail of house.
Most exterior walls are 2x4s; except where wall height requires 2x6s.
Due to copyright concerns, all sales are final.
The assistance of a local engineer, architect, or building designer is usually necessary
to comply with local codes and/or condition.
